  Help us get as many people to join the cause to open a “NO KILL” animal shelter in Montebello, CA.Mission:The mission Paws Animal Rescue Center of Montebello is to find permanent and suitable homes for animals in need, provide interim humane care for those animals and to promote the humane treatment of all animals. To prove this mission PARCM will adopt a “no kill” policy to all animals admitted to the shelter.
